Typical questions regarding experience, plus if any in sales or marketing. Checking to see if you have necessary confidence to speak with business owners/managers. Looking for candidates who display charisma and upbeat attitude. In the end, it was not hard, this company is always looking for people, they value more people.

Interview
Started with a brief phone call. This is just to get a feel for your personality and how interested you actually are about the position. The second step was an online 45 min Skype interview with the person would be your regional manager. They do put you on the spot and ask you to try and attempted to sell them the planner you would be selling for over the summer. Its not to difficult your actually interested in outside sales.

Interview
Applied after attending a career fair. I was then asked for an interview the following day. Over the next couple of weeks, I had a skype interview as well as a phone interview.
Sit down typical interview process. It is more of a get to know the type of person you are. Being honest is your best bet. Think outside the box, they are looking for people who can get the job done.
