Arqitek interview questions

A series of competency tests that gauged understanding of various principles in software development. There was also social fit tests to see how one can fit in the role while working with other employees.

I did two online interviews, then I was invited to meet the CEO for my third interview. the office location is horrible, no parking and the building is old and crowded and not maintained. I met the CEO the interview went great, he told me to just send an example of my work and we should be good to go. I sent the example, it has been a month, and they have ghosted me, after all that effort, not even a rejection email.
