Arquitectonica has a history of sourcing in-school undergraduate students from various universities, in particular the University of Waterloo in Canada. The interview process is facilitated by the university, and duration depends on the amount of applicants chosen for interviews at the specific hiring session. Tim typically flies down to do interview applicants in person. Second, third, and fourth year undergraduate students have the opportunity to be selected for interview, upon digitally submitting their portfolios and CVs to Arquitectonica through the university platform.
