Interview
First I had a phone interview, Then interviewed with a hiring manager at Array. (I was applying for CareCall), then had a second interview with the managers at CareCall (4:1). I was expecting them to call if they were going to offer a position, however they offered on the spot.

They did not ask anything out of the ordinary, just the standard best traits, worst traits, asked about how previous work experience was relevant.
