I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics
Interview
Reached out and applied online and was contacted by a recruiter next day to set up a phone-screen. The phone call the recruiter was super friendly and helpful and asked me to performance test online. Once that was completed I was invited for the in-person interview onsite.
The onsite takes about 3 hours, so ensure you've ate good, look good, and feel good - you're going to be thrown right in on the floor for a full-hour shadowing experienced reps. They have you spend 30 mins each with 2 different reps where you'll be able to watch them work. Ask a ton of questions, take notes, especially if you're unfamiliar with a 3PL! (They're going to ask what you learned out on the floor).
After you're done shadowing, they'll sit you down in an office with the managers for another hour and ask you why you'd be a great fit here, ask about your previous work experience, etc. Everyone in the interview was super friendly, interested, and helpful.
Overall, I was so impressed with Arrive, I blew off my other remaining interviews because I knew I wanted to work here. Offer arrived a few days later and immediately accepted.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arrive Logistics (Austin, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview process was fairly straightforward. Initial call with a recruiter, then 30 minute interview with another recruiter. Then the on-site interview was pretty cool. Got the chance to see the massive building they work in and interview with 3 different managers.

Interview
I applied for this position online. The whole process took 3 weeks. I had an initial phone interview with the recruiting team in Austin, TX going over my past experience. I had a second phone interview with HR from the Chicago office a week later. I was then invited to the Chicago office for an in-person interview a week later. I shadowed a salesperson on both sides of the company, then had an exit interview where I was asked what I learned.

Interview
First, you go through a phone interview and discuss your skills and what Arrive is looking for, if they like you they will invite you to an on-site 2nd interview in which you take a couple of tests to evaluate your capacity for information. During the 2nd interview you also get to work hands-on within 2 departments seeing which suits you better and vise versa. After working hands-on, you speak with a person who interviews you further. You should get a response (Yes or No) within 2 weeks of the on-site interview.
