Applied through my university job portal. Got an email a few days later and set up a phone interview shortly after that. Phone call only lasted about 30 minutes, 20 of which was their employee describing the position.

Question 1
What experiences or skills do you have that make you a good fit for our sales team?
The interview process went well. I was invited to the company, given a tour, then did a test and spoke with a manager, answering some questions. A good process overall. I felt seen and heard with all my questions as well
Initial phone call with recruiter, the call lasts about 30 minutes. The recruiter will then schedule a time to tour the office. On the day of the tour you'll shadow + interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
Basic interview, mostly went over my resume. The hiring manager was easy to get along with, all in all if you come prepared with the information listed on your resume you will do great.
