Great in person interview experience. Got to see the office and interact with people on the floor in the office and hear their actual thoughts about and experiences at Arrive. There were a few different steps that included a phone call, a zoom call, and then an in-person interview.

Question 1
What was a challenging situation in your past, either during an internship, school, etc., and how did you handle it?
The interview process went well. I was invited to the company, given a tour, then did a test and spoke with a manager, answering some questions. A good process overall. I felt seen and heard with all my questions as well
Initial phone call with recruiter, the call lasts about 30 minutes. The recruiter will then schedule a time to tour the office. On the day of the tour you'll shadow + interview with the hiring manager.

Interview
Basic interview, mostly went over my resume. The hiring manager was easy to get along with, all in all if you come prepared with the information listed on your resume you will do great.
