A couple phone screens (one technical, one not) first.
Then an invitation for an on-site shortly thereafter.
The on-site was with all the co-founders that really took the time individually to explain the vision and the path forward for the company. I also did a presentation on a project I led that lined up with the technology in question.
Another technical the week after over the phone.
And then an offer thru HR!
