Arrow Pest Control interview questions

The interview process was exactly what you would expect from a pest control company. I didn't like that. I got the feeling that I would be micromanaged. Someone mentioned my calls needing to be a certain amount of minutes and that was a red flag for me.

Very nice,honest and open talk for over 30min. Didnt feel pressured to hurry,was able to ask all the questions and take as much time as i needed. The manager was very positive and understanding.
