Arrowhead Engineered Products interview questions

Complete waste of time and disrespectful of candidates. Interviewed a few months ago and got to 2nd round. Then the director has to reschedule something came up, that's fine. I waited a few weeks and no response. Reach out to recruiter and no response. Then I get an email from them a week ago asking if I can interest with them. I'm annoyed but say sure. I remind them I was on the 2nd round and waiting for the director. Recruiter says she's going to check with him. Week goes by and no response so I reach out a final time asking for an update. They then say We found some other candidates we don't need you anymore. I think as a company you need to treat people better
