I talked to 2 Arthrex employees, one being a recruiter and the other not. They were extremely kind and more than willing to answer all of my in depth questions.

Question 1
What is an example of a time you failed in completing something that was expected of you and how did you manage that situation?
30 minute interview with recruiter followed by 30 minute interview with manager and team member over Teams. Recruiter asked typical interview questions and gave information about the co-op experience. The interview with the manager and the team member provided job specific information.
