I applied online. I interviewed at Arthur Cox (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2026
Interview
It was a lot more friendly than I expected. I arrived early and everyone was quite chatty. We had 15 minutes to look at the case study/inforgraphic and then we were all broken up into pre determined rooms. The conversation was very pleasant and you could really go anywhere you wanted with it. No one really knew how we all did coming out of it because of the nature of the interview but overall, it was a great experience. We were also told that 1394 applicants applied, so even to make it that far was something to be proud of. Also note - offers have not come out (so I did not accept or decline)

Question 1
Was there any stat that you found particularly interesting ?
I participated in the first stage of the two stage Summer Intern Programme selection process. The group interview process was engaging and gave all candidates the opportunity to demonstrate their critical thinking, collaborative and communicative skills. We were given an infographic to analyse individually for around 15 minutes before discussing it in groups which was an excellent opportunity to demonstrate our abilities.
