The interview process was extremely drawn out and somewhat disorganized. Felt like a waste of time for everyone involved and in the end I felt like I was being used for my ideas after submitting a case study exercise and given no feedback after 6 weeks of interviewing. Classic startup with no hiring strategy.

The interview process involved an initial screening interview with a recruiter. The interview process is extremely ambiguous and they make false promises about next steps/follow-up and will ghost candidates who do their due diligence.
