Question 1
Mostly about previous experience and expectations.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Artika for Living (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2024
Interview
Interview went very well and pleasant. It was with VP-Product and can be qualified as a good conversation more than a standardized interview. However, the biggest missing was the clarity on the role.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Artika for Living
Interview
Open, honest, friendly, focused on realities and solutions. Feedback was quick and respectful of everyone's time.
Two rounds of phone/video discussions and other rounds in person with the team. Very much recommend this approach for both parties to have a clear view and ultimately have the information for an enlightened decision.
In the end decided it wasn't for me, best to know this right away than later!
