Zoom interview with manager, casual and basic questions. In person interview showed me that HR is a one person department. Office is messy and cluttered. Had to answer same questions again to manager and design manager. All employees look like they're the same demographic and gender. Followed up almost a month later. Disorganized and not professional.
I applied online. I interviewed at Artisan 34 (Asbury Park, NJ) in Apr 2019
Interview
This is my first time writing a review on Glassdoor however I was so impressed with the interview that I want to promote them! I don’t know if I got the job, however the interview was so respectful, casual, I was able to be myself! This is the way interviews should be! I left feeling good about myself and not tense! I will say that this is clearly a green company, which is one of the points I’m expressing caution about but it seems they are doing great!

Question 1
What’s important to you outside of the office? Call me crazy but I loved this question.
I applied online. I interviewed at Artisan 34 (Holmdel, NJ) in Jan 2018
Interview
Overall very casual and humane! I didn’t get the job but I very much compliment the way they interview. I received an email thanking me for my application and inviting me for a “casual” phone interview which went very well. I was then invited for an in person interview and the schedule was very accommodating. They even offered Sundays even though I didn’t need it. I arrived and was greeted right away, no waiting or anything. The interviewer treated me to coffee at a coffee shop and then he conducted the interview as if we were two friends having coffee! Regular conversation. Productive questions. Nothing intimidating. He constantly gave me a chance to ask anything i wanted. I felt very respected. Not my ordinary interview!
