Arts Club Theatre interview questions

Very professional and gave me a paper and pen if I needed help explaining my thoughts. One of the interviewers was 10 minutes late, however. It was only about 15 minutes, but they were super nice.

Had one phone screen with the Marketing Manager before a panel interview. Phone screen was standard and in-person group interview was solely behavioural questions. I had a positive experience overall, everyone was very lovely and seems like they have a great team and culture at the company. My interviews went well and they asked for my references which was a good sign, however I did not receive an offer in the end. The one negative aspect of my interview process was that they did not get back to me after the last interview. I followed up by email and was essentially forgotten in the process as the HR person was away. That was frustrating as I had been deeply invested in the company and interview process at that point.
