I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Sydney) in Apr 2020
Interview
Started with a timed exam of logic puzzles to qualify for an interview. Was a very long exam which felt like taking a concussion test. Then after qualifying for the interview, the people interviewing me were not from the design team that I would have been working with. It was therefor hard to explain my projects and I couldn't fully answer the generic HR questions they were asking through my architecture background.
