I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (London, England) in June 2016
Interview
I got a technical exercise about the project of a Broadcasting Center, in which I had to recognize the main noise and vibration sources and answer to some questions on mitigative actions. Also they gave me the plan view of the building, and I had to discuss what kind of noise issues could turn up with that specific plan layout.
Then, I went in another room where I met two senior engineers who asked me about my CV, my education and my work experience. Also, we discussed about the technical exercise.
