I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arup (Manchester, England) in Dec 2016
Interview
This was a telephone interview, the interviewer seemed very friendly and engaged, they started by asking motivation-based questions and then asked three situation-based questions which were covered in detail. They adapted their questions in response to my answers which made the interview seem more like a conversation towards the end rather than blunt, formal questionning.
