- Written test
- 1st round interview with your (prospective) line managers (free-flow interview)
- 2nd round interview if you get shortlisted, with line managers and director of the group you are applying for (written test + free-flow interview of around 45 minutes)
Format: Written test about current events and professional insights (of about 30 minutes) and interview with director level (of about 30 minutes to 1 hour) in two rounds of interviews.
