Interview
friendly, relaxed vibe and didn’t feel heavy. The process was clearly explained, and there was minimal unnecessary waiting, which made it a good experience. There weren’t many steps in the process.

Most of it was simple questions and a company introduction, and there were also some technical questions.

Interview
Telephone interview and review of resume. The phone connection was very poor on their end, I'm not sure why but she was probably using a speaker phone.
The interviewer asked a few questions before informing me that the job would be actually be filled from in-house applications.
I think that the interview was kind of a bait and switch proposition as I was never really going to be considered for the job that I was interviewed for.
