Applied for the job and received a phone call saying I've been invited for an interview. The interview was with one of the directors and a senior engineer. It was very laid back and relaxed and more of a conversation than strict interviewing process.

Interview
The interview started with my interviewers introducing themselves, then they asked me about myself and my careers aspiration. They also asked about my work experience and university work. At the end they asked me technical questions about a building.

Initially I completed an online application form. From this I was offered a telephone interview that was very casual, we spoke about what I wanted from the job, my current industry experience and things I had done during my university studies.
