I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Arup (New York, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied online and followed up via LinkedIn. I found everyone I spoke with very kind and willing to help me get noticed for an interview. After being recommended by a LinkedIn member I had met in person, I was invited to the office to interview. I had to travel and they reimbursed all my expenses. I had to present for 10-15 minutes on a project I had done to two interviewers. Then they asked me some general interview questions. The presentation was stressful, but the people interviewing were very easy going and the questions they asked weren’t trying to be tricky.
