It was quite relaxed but also professional. Quite standard, we just went through my university portfolio and they asked relevant questions to the work. They were engaged and interested in the work.
First round HR test. Next phase of the process would be interview and another test. Very standard testing process and questions. Test done remotely. Very little to no feedback received though.

What would you do if someone senior made an error? Would you correct them straight away, tell them later in person or do nothing about it?

Very long process from application to interview - around a month. The interview process was confusing as they asked me to prepare a presentation responding to a specific question and upon beginning the interview it became clear that they wanted a different question answered than the one they asked.

Interview
It was an extensive discussion. I had to present myself, then present my portfolio and then answer additional questions regarding my experience, my interpersonal skills etc. Very long and thorough process.
