Straightforward process, people willing to help and make you feel comfortable from the beginning till the end. Assessment centre procedure needs good preparation. Interviewed by two head of departments who seemed nice for the whole hour of the interview.

Describe one time that you had a disaggrement with one of you seniors and how you resolved it?
It was a video interview where you had to record yourself answering some general questions and behavioral questions. You were only allowed 3 minutes per question and 2 retries on your recordings.
