It was fun. They asked you the reason why you fit for this position than other candidates. They also asked about your projects and what was your responsibility of the projects.

Interview
The interview had two stages ; one phone interview and one with the project team. The project team interview lasted 1 hour and was fairly technical. I was asked to elaborate on my experience in facade engineering. Though the interview itself was fine, after consistent follow up with the HR and hiring team, I received no response. Quite unprofessional.

Impromptu, have to present the portfolio to the panel, strong interpersonal skill is advantaged, one to one, just be yourself, will ask the question like why we have to choose you instead of the others, introduce yourself, the interview process is about 45 minutes.
