First, I noticed that the recruiter did not seem to have a clear understanding of the open role or the required skills and qualifications. This made me feel that they were not prepared or interested in me as a candidate and that they did not represent the company or the role well. Second, I felt that they did not communicate with me effectively or timely throughout the interview process as they have to change the time of the interviews. Also, it took 3 weeks for them to send a follow up email which is an automated email to update me on the status of my application. This made me feel that they were not professional or respectful of me as a candidate and that they did not value my time or interest. Third, It made me feel that their recruiter was not competent or confident and that they did not have my best interests at heart. I hope they will take this feedback seriously and use it to improve their skills and knowledge as a recruiter.
