Had to give very wordy answers and answer many trivial questions that had no connection to the job. Then had to do IQ test type questions and scenarios that are generic.
Three parts: technical interview where a building schematic and questions were given, then talking through the answers to said questions, then generic interview questions about company / past experience, then case study interview where a brief were given to decide the feasibility of a project.
