Interview
I had an Initial phone call with HR which I assume was to verify I was interested in the position. After that I was invited onsite and the whole team interviewed me. They had a specific set of questions they wanted answered, but for the most part the conversation felt like it flowed.

Interview
Took a couple days for a talent acquisition specialist to get in contact with me after I submitted my application. Had a phone call interview with the talent acquisition specialist. Basic questions like what do you know about ARUP, what's your job history, education, etc. Took about 15 min. After that you have an interview with a manager and a lead. About 20 behavioral/situational questions like tell me a time you had a disagreement with a coworker or tell me a time you failed and how did you handle it. After the interview you get a lab tour. Took about 1-2 hours total. Takes about 1-2 weeks for the hiring process and an additional 2 weeks to get hired on. My recommendation is to research the company beforehand, arrive on time, and to practice mock interviews with another person.
