      Driver Interview

      13 Oct 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Janesville, WI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aryv (Janesville, WI) in May 2017

      Interview

You can tell when applying for the position, they don't ask for much. Do you have a clean driving record, a newer model car, a phone, no criminal background, and then you have to spend money on training yourself so the interview was pretty laid back. The guy called me 15 minutes late so I didn't have much time to talk with him and had to call him back after a meeting. They pretty much screen you in the first interview and then try to sell you on the job. Getting on the road takes about a month so don't expect to be making money anytime soon.

      Question 1

They don't ask interview questions, they try to sell you on the job.
