The whole hiring process seemed to be very disorganised as if the company was going with the flow instead of planning each phase and when and how they would take place. They first ask you to submit your availability for a phone interview and after that no answer, 10 days after they appear with a suggested date for a phone interview, that one went fine, recruiter told me they would send an assignment in a couple of hours and then no news from them again... after a week I sent an email asking the status of the application and never got an answer. I know the company is a start up but the whole recruiting process was very unprofessional and disrespectful
