I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Asana in June 2020
Interview
4 rounds of interviews: phone screen, hiring manager, final part 1: presentation + team interview, final part 2: more team interviews. Recruiters were friendly and followed up as promised.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Asana (San Francisco, CA) in June 2020
Interview
The interview was broken up into 4 stages: call with recruiter, call with hiring manager, presentation + two one on ones, and then 3 separate one on ones. The recruiting team communicated well throughout the whole process and made sure I had all the information I needed for each step.
While interviewing with the team, the questions were thoughtful and sparked great dialogue. Everyone I met with left some time at the end for me to answer the questions I had about the role.
One thing that was a first for me (and that I really appreciated)- I received feedback from my presentation and my one on ones. Offer or no offer, I'm glad they took the time to relay this.
