We all sat around a big table until the president of the company came in. Then we talked for a while but he was distracted. Then one of the managers gave me a tour. He was a nice guy.

I got an email and interviewed with two managers at their office. The interview and tour went very well, and the following week I was offered a modified version of the job. It turned out they reorganized after the interview and couldn't start me for at least a month, and the only person who could make the financial part of the offer was the CEO. There was a lot of back and forth and it took two weeks to reach him (see the review about family illness). He was unwilling to negotiate and hung up on me without letting me get a word in.
