Ascendant Program Services interview questions

I had an initial phone screen followed by an interview via Zoom with two team members. The Zoom interview lasted an hour; we went through my resume and discussed each position as well as my education. It was a pleasant interview and felt very collegial and less like an interview than a conversation about my experience. I then submitted my references at their request but was then subsequently ghosted. I was disappointed in the unprofessionalism.
