Video interview on google meet. Asked about myself, and what my 3-5 year plan was. Also asked why I want to work at that hospital and on that unit in particular.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Name an example of when your supervisor gave you criticism.
There was first a phone interview and then a virtual interview followed by an in person interview. In line with typical interview process from other companies that I have interviewed with.
Initial phone interview came 1 day after application. Regular interview was also quick and easy. Seems like a swift pace they do it at. Not sure how that changes between depatments or not.
Easy, quick normal questions. They were nice and made me feel comfortable. It was professional and short. To the point. Very basic interview. Not bad though, strengths and weaknesses, goals, etc.
