This interview was vague. They asked questions that had nothing to do with the role like, "What does success mean to you?" When I tried to get more information about the role to show interest and to prep for other interviews, they deflected. I was not selected for a second interview although I have more experience and knowledge than the job description required. I found it odd that the recruiter blocked me when I was nothing but kind and polite. I won't be applying again. Also, I found it off-putting that the director said that the project management team doesn't like to listen and then proceeded to ask me how to handle project managers who won't listen.

Progression of interviews moved fairly quickly. First was a phone interview, next was with the Hiring Lead, third was a peer interview, and the last was with the individual who was currently in the position.
