Three interviews. 1. Standard recruiter screening call. 2. Video Interview with manager and supervisor. Manager asked standard behavioral questions. 3. Video Peer interview by 6 patient navigators. They obviously had no training on how to interview but are able to ask whatever they want including illegal personal questions. It seems like management allows the employees to assess cultural fit. This is fine in theory, but not when hiring decisions are based on personal bias. Also management and peer groups are not diverse. They hire people who look like them.

I now understand why this company is often described as a cult. My recruiter was super unprofessional; rescheduled the interview thrice without ever asking if the times worked for me and then straight up canceled it with no explanation whatsoever and ignored all of my emails. Looks like I dodged a bullet.
