Ascent Business Solutions interview is the most pathetic experience. The interview lasts for more than 5 hours. The interviewer deliberately fishes out experienced candidate of different profile and keeps him/her waiting till the end and brings the morale down of the candidate by sabotaging their willingness to change profile or willingness to start again in their career.

firstly there is Aptitude test which include 40 questions when you cleared the aptitude test they will contact you for the interview then interview process and as you cleared interview HR will contact you for document verification
