I was asked pointed 'give me an example of...' questions including how I dealt with a specific problem in the workplace. It took a several seconds to recall an appropriate example.

HR interviewer great, relaxed style, made it easier to engage and not be nervous. Interview lasted an hour. Although it was phone interview, need to prepare like it is face-to-face interview.
