Awkward. Asked to complete a written test prior to the interview with no warning, and you do not receive results. Felt like I was being talked out of the job which was completely different to the initial phone conversations that were very positive. I was asked questions which were designed to put me in a position of having to disclose personal life. Once I mentioned family I had no chance. A huge waste of time, hope, money and potential opportunities.
