The interview process is pretty casual. They ask the basic get to know you questions but I felt there was some difficult questions that I had a hard time answering. I was called back for a second interview but it was mostly a tour of the office and a quick explanation of the job responsibilities. I did not get the position. I wore a dress shirt and tie, I was way over dressed for such an interview and the HR person said so. A few months later I was called back in to interview for a part-time position. This interview, if I could call it that, was pathetic. My first interview was with an HR person and this, I presume was the hiring manager. He never asked me any specific questions or really tried to see if I was going to be a good fit. He sat me down, said this job is going to be repetitive said a few more things, then I asked more questions than he asked me and he escorted me to the door. I am glad this company did not hire me. They lack a certain level of professionalism.
