The interview itself was quite standard, 6 people taking turns asking questions. It wasn't much of a conversation. I admittedly didn't do as well as I would have hope to, but nevertheless sent a thoughtful thank you note to the hiring panel. My note nor the time I spent applying, preparing, and interviewing were never acknowledged nor was I ever updated again on my status as a candidate. Speaks poorly of the organization, in my opinion.
