semistructured interview. Mostly based on previous experiences. The questions were structured around my answers i.e. the answers led to the next question although the core questions were all similar for everyone.
Interview process was of 2 rounds- 1 Group Discussion and 1 Interview- 1 functional head and 1 hr took the interview. GD was on a general topic, PI was technical questions based on past experience and some questions on extracurriculars
