I had an HR interview a few days after applying, they asked general questions about my CV and why I applied. I then had a panel interview (3 people including the hiring manager) about a week after, it was a good interview, quite tough questions but I answered well. I then waited for the outcome to see if I progressed to the final stage... and waited.... and waited. I contacted HR asking for a progress update, I didn't receive anything in response. After preparing and having a panel interview I would have at least expected a rejection email, and feedback on top would have been very helpful. Overall very disappointed.
