The process took 1 week. I interviewed at AspenTech CRM
Interview
AspenTech is eager to find intelligent people with CRM, training, or technical support backgrounds. Some of these skills are hard to find outside direct competitors so when you have the right skills, know your value. There is a lot to learn fast and many things are learn as you go. That said, training, on-boarding, process documentation is getting better. Company is growing so more teammates to assist with onboarding.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AspenTech CRM (Plymouth, MI) in July 2013
Interview
During the interview process, I was promised to be taught thoroughly on their system. I was taught for about 2 days when it should have been 2 weeks at the least. The training for the employee/customer is uneducated and very fast with no room for questions. My first week, I was told I had to travel and set up the ACT system, by myself, with crappy training. My boss, Marshall, said "give me a call if you have any issues". When I did have issues and called him, he acted like I should know the system and treated me as incompetent for "NOT KNOWING ANY OF THE PRODUCTS WE SUPPLY TO THE CUSTOMER". Have a little leniency with new employees for god sakes.
