I applied in campus recruitment, got phone interview and on site interview several weeks later. Went to the interview, and fairly average questions were asked. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Got offer 2 weeks later.

Interview
The process takes time at the beginning , in total there are 3 to 4 interviews,the first ones are with HR and the last interviews are more technical and sometimes with teams in other countries.
