Phone interview followed by another phone interview given my out of state location. Applied via EdJoin, which indicated a need for spots to be filled. However, I was told that system was unsure whether there actually was a need and they would get back to me - this drew out the application process

Why do you want to work for ASPIRE? Tell me about your experience with the education system? Tell me about a time you disagreed with a supervisor and what was the outcome? Tell me about a time you experienced a difficult child behaviorally and how did you approach it?
