After submitting the online application form, I received an email request for a phone interview. The first interview was very standard and conducted just to ensure I had the necessary qualifications. I think it was with a Human Resources person. I was then slated for another phone interview, this time with the recruiting director. This interview was the real one. It was a mix of questions about my experience, my personal desire to work for the program, and information about Aspiro. After this interview, I received an invitation to their orientation. Basically an in-field tryout in Utah. Getting to the tryout and having gear to perform well on it is all on you, so prepare for the initial cash hit. The tryout was taxing but ultimately a great time with some great people that went on to become friends and coworkers.
