Asset Based Lending interview questions

Scheduled a phone interview one day before the interview was supposed to take place. Hiring staff confirmed the time and when they day came nobody reached out. I messaged them asking if they needed to reschedule as I never got a call, they never reached back out. Very unprofessional

Interviewed at the start of 2021; was just interviewer gauging general technical skills such as CRM familiarity, Excel, and understanding of finance/real estate concepts. Did two more meetings that were more behavioral but were very straightforward.
