Interview
I had a thirty minute phone conversation with the internal recruiter and an hour long Microsoft teams meeting with the Hiring Manager. I have not gotten a response back from them and this occurred more than a month ago.

Question 1
There weren't a ton of questions. A lot of time was spent discussing Associated Bank, the hiring manager's experience thus far, and what they were looking for. There were a few questions asked about some specifics in my resume.
